Best Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups hot sweet potatoes mashed.
Add 1/3-cup sweet milk, 1 stick butter,
1-cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. Vanilla.
MIX AND POUR INTO DISH.
TOPPING
Mix 1-cup brown sugar, ½-cup S.R.
flour, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/3- cup butter (room temp.).
Sprinkle over top of potatoes and bake at 350º -20-30 min.
