Centennial
Been around a long time. Orange, smooth
skin, yields heavy in a normal year. Great for truckers and
peddlers. Good grade of potatoes. Also has tolerance to
fusarium wilt and internal cork. Stores well. Vine Type.

Maturity- 90 days for baby bakers
We believe at George's Plant Farm that all
ten varieties will grow in most all states with exception
of Northern States who must use black plastic, cover bedded
rows 2-3 weeks before plants arrive.
