Beauregard
"Heavy Yielder"
Developed at Louisiana State University. Has
a copper skin, moderately deep orange flesh, and is
consistent in shape. Tolerant to soil pox. Outyields all
other sweet potatoes. vine type, does not crack open and
will yield 400-500 bushels per acre. Good Cash Crop.

Maturity- 80 to 90 days
We believe at George's Plant Farm that all
ten varieties will grow in most all states with exception
of Northern States who must use black plastic, cover bedded
rows 2-3 weeks before plants arrive.
